Return, Exchange and cancellation Policy

Jewellery such as Earrings, Necklaces, Rings etc. cannot be returned or exchanged until it get damaged while shipping and also opening video is compulsory for that.
The product should be unused in any cases.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at adornme1890@gmail.com with your order ID and send us photo of the defect. We will either provide refund amount of the product but for that we need parcel opening video with no any editing or cut short or reverse or time-lapse or fast forward.
Return or exchange request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will return the entire amount.
The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be paid by the customer.
The amount refunded to you would be only for the product not for the shipping charges.
In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
If you first opted for an exchange and then would want to return the exchanged product for a refund, you would have to bear the Rs.100 for reverse shipping charges.

Shipping & Delivery policy

Shipping within India is INR 70 and can differ according to the number of items bought.
Shipping is free on purchase of above INR 5000
Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days.
We do not have control over the shipment left from us, please contact us for any type of information.
Shipping times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. Please order well in advance to avoid any festival rush or time bound delivery.
Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case any modifications, kindly mail us at adornme1890@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
